You can also connect to a different Wi-Fi source to see if that resolves the problem. Problematic add-ins can interfere with Outlook’s startup process. Safe Mode loads Outlook with only essential components, allowing you to isolate and disable faulty add-ins. We have tried all things mentioned above (except reconnecting the MS account), but the only solution so far is deleting the users profile. |
