I’m not certain to which post you’re referring, but everything that’s been Fix Outlook troubleshooting hub mentioned so far can be done directly by the user. No elevated permissions are required to do any of these steps. If I run an online repair and reboot her PC it will usually work for a day or two. Kinda at a loss at this point, I am thinking about wiping the PC and starting again. This article explains how to resolve problems with Microsoft Outlook hanging, freezing or crashing. |
